Research
TADBEER conducts tangible, comprehensive and result-oriented surveys, interviews, cost-benefit analysis, socio-economic assessments, evaluations, appraisals and impact assessments. TADBEER’s methodology is different because is guided by a participatory, inclusive approach in order to elicit genuine Afghan voices. The research agenda focuses on producing actionable, policy-informing quality research that reflects Afghan realities. TADBEER’s research provides practical and actionable recommendations, and not simply theory.
Consultancy
TADBEER provides consultancy services to policy makers, whether government officials, donors, or the broader community of development actors. These services aims to improve policy by strategy formulation which will be supported by developing robust monitoring and evaluation within the local context. These consultancy services applies signifcant research knowledge in a policy environment. A specific example of such consultancy services is the contribution to the development of strategies for the Afghan government ministries.
Capacity Building
TADBEER works to pass on the skill sets and aptitudes for sustainable development through training and capacity building, targeted to the needs of its clients and their environment. TADBEER’s methodology will focus on experiential learning and we work closely with our clients to arrive at the right blend of knowledge, skills and attitudes that will equip a new generation of development experts with just the right tools to succeed.
